Jake Fleming

As a financial advisor, I specialize in financial planning, investment management, and risk management. My mission is to provide a client experience that is built on trust and transparency. I engage my clients in the financial planning process, and we craft a wealth plan that is the foundation for their financial success. I want my clients to feel confident in the fact that we are providing stability and protection on their path to achieving financial freedom. 

I have 5 years of experience in financial planning and financial services. In my prior role I worked as Chief Operating Officer at a wealth management firm in Minneapolis. I am currently FINRA registered with Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as life and health insurance. At Encore Financial I am a partner with Sr. Advisor Jed Lund.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. degree in Finance. I was member of the Gopher Men’s Hockey program from 2001-2005 and won the 2002 and 2003 NCAA National Championship. 

I live in Elk River with my wife Kristi, and children Hadlee and Rhett. I coach hockey and baseball in Elk River. I also enjoy golfing, fishing, and spending time with family.
